Welcome
Hello! I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management at the Spears School of Business at Oklahoma State University. My research focuses on using quantitative methods to conduct empirical studies in the areas of law and ethics, employment law, and intellectual property law. My scholarly work has appeared or is forthcoming in the American Business Law Journal, Cornell Law Review, DePaul Law Review, West Virginia Law Review, Pace Law Review, Georgetown Journal of Legal Ethics, International Studies Quarterly, and International Affairs.
I earned my Ph.D. in political science from Northwestern University and my J.D., cum laude, from Cornell Law School, where I served as an Articles Editor on the Cornell Law Review. I am a past recipient of the university-wide Merrick Foundation Teaching Award at Oklahoma State University. I also previously received the Holmes-Cardozo Award for the best submitted conference paper at the Academy of Legal Studies in Business Annual Conference. I currently serve as a Staff Editor at the American Business Law Journal and as the Vice President of the Employment Law Section of the Academy of Legal Studies in Business.
